How do I join the Davis Pre-Dental Society?

1. Go over the membership policy for a list of expectations and benefits.
   The downloadable document is exactly the same as what is posted below.
    

2. Print the membership form and turn it into Marina Awad or any other PDS Officer along with any membership dues. You can find the amount owed in the membership policy document.

 

DAVIS PRE-DENTAL SOCIETY Membership Policy 2007-2008 Effective 9/28/07  The following are the three different levels of membership:  1.  PDS Member:  Requirements Benefits -          Pay membership dues -          Added to pdsmembers@ucdavis.edu listserve and will be alerted of future pre-dental events -          Free member t-shirt -          $100 off Kaplan DAT course 2.  PDS Active Member: Requirements Benefits -          Pay membership dues -          Attend at least 3 club events per quarter -          (See above) -          Recognition from Health Sciences Advising on quarterly “Active Members” list -          PHPAC committee letter writer will recognize you as an active member when writing letter  3.  PDS Honorable Member(s):  Requirements Benefits -          Pay membership dues -          Attend at least 3 club events per quarter -          Accumulate the necessary meeting points during the year to be among the top 5 members -          (See above) -          Recognition from Health Sciences Advising on quarterly “Active Members” list -          Honorable Member t-shirt at the end of the academic year    The HSA “Active Members” list applies for each quarter, and participation to events renews each quarter (i.e. attendances do not accrue and roll-over to other quarters).      Dues $25 = Membership for 3 quarters + free t-shirt, $100 off Kaplan DAT Course, and added to listserve   If you have any questions, or would like to sign up to become a Davis Pre-Dental Society member, please contact PDS Secretary Marina Awad (mmawad@ucdavis.edu)
